A return to tradition to shape the future

We are farmers, millers, and artisans of taste. For over two centuries, we’ve been cultivating durum wheat in the Murge region and turning it into authentic products, using stone mills and skilled hands. Ours is a closed supply chain: every grain is grown, milled, and packaged by us.
